The space This home is in the perfect location to visit all the major Atlanta local attractions, while being far enough away that you can relax and enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a huge backyard. Other things to note There is access to high speed internet and full access to DirectTV. Guests staying 30 days or longer will need to sign a GA rental agreement with property management company. **No smoking in the house - this is grounds for removal w/ no refund **You may not book under someone else's name **Guest booking must be present for walk thru at check in **If your number of guests for the reservation does not match - you will be canceled - no refund. **No additional guests. Visitors are limited to 2 people during the day - no overnight stays. **No parties If you bring your dog it should be crated while indoors. The very large backyard is open to play. We are currently filling in a swimming pool in the backyard, so there may be a pile of dirt in the driveway. The pool is currently partially filled.

Top floor of this home has private entrance and includes 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths 3 Beds and there is a 3RD Bedroom with a single bed, off the shared laundry on the lower level if needed and a Large Sofa and 2 Queen Sized Air Mattresses for additional guest and also has a shared laundry area. The owner has a downstairs apartment he stays when not traveling, and is entered thru a side entrance to the home, and thru the shared laundry. Even when I am here you may not know it. Out of the last 50 guest I have hosted I have met less than 5. A screened outside porch and outside deck with grill. Back Yard has a fire-pit and bad mitten court for entertainment. Check in is complete with electronically controlled door access and we will accommodate late arrivals. Our House Manual includes a list of local museums, historic sites, and local shopping. A Super Walmart on Hwy 92 in Woodstock. You’ll be enchanted by the historic, downtown areas of Marietta Square, Woodstock and Kennesaw. Their menagerie of little shops and many eating establishments are excellent and will have you wanting to come back again!
